LES RESPONSABILITÉS:
- Préparer des estimations / devis pour les projets de communication de données
- Compléter la documentation préliminaire du projet, y compris les dessins d'atelier, les plans d'exécution et les rapports de remise.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients
- Traiter les commandes des clients et les contrats de vente
- Préparer les devis en collaborant avec les différents services internes.
- Maintenir le calendrier des techniciens afin d'assurer l'optimisation des ressources
- Expérience dans le secteur de la construction, des réseaux de données et/ou de la sécurité de bâtiment.
- Une expérience dans le domaine des systèmes de sécurité serait considérée comme un atout
- Une expérience dans le domaine de la vente technique ou de l'établissement de devis serait considérée comme un atout.
- Une excellente communication écrite et orale en anglais est nécessaire, ainsi que des compétences interpersonnelles.
- Solides compétences informatiques, avec une maîtrise avancée de microsoft office, de et des logiciels de projet et de devis.
- Une formation post-secondaire en électronique, en électricité ou dans un domaine équivalent serait considérée comme un atout.
- Excellente organisation et souci du détail
Our Estimator l will work closely with the Sales, Design, and Project Management team to ensure that our customers are provided with the highest quality service. The ideal candidate will have experience in Data cabling infrastructure and having knowledge with Integrated electronic security systems would be an asset. The Estimator must be highly organized and able to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare estimates / quotations for access control and CCTV projects
- Complete preliminary project documentation, including shop drawings, as-builts, and handover reports
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Process customer orders and sales contracts
- Prepare take-offs by collaborating with various internal departments
- Maintain technician schedule to ensure optimization of resources
- Must have experience in the construction, data networking, and/or telecommunications industry
- Experience in Security systems would be considered an asset
- Experience in a technical sales role or quoting / estimator would be considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French is REQUIRED, as well as interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mac OS, and project / quoting software
- Post-secondary education in electronics, electrical, or equivalent would be considered an asset
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Must have BSP and ASP certification
Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines
