Senior Director of Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and successful execution of company-wide marketing plans and strategies
- Develop and implement effective marketing initiatives to increase sales, profitability, and brand awareness for branch portfolio across North America
- Create, develop, and implement a sales enablement tool for each region within Paladin Technologies, in partnership with Chief Sales Officer
- Identify target clients and decision makers, qualify, and track incoming lead requests.
- Conduct market research on clients and competitors.
- Support internal teams on cross-functional workflows to support Paladin’s brand within the industry.
- Oversee development and maintenance of CRM database to educate and inform them of Paladin Technologies solutions.
- Develop automation opportunity within D365.
- Develop marketing processes within and migrate out-of system marketing processes to D365.
- Pursue opportunities to further integrate sales, engineering and marketing processes within D365
- Collaboration with strategic manufacturers to maintain status
- Help shape the next evolution of the marketing program (Branding, Deliverables & Model)
- Supporting cross-functional marketing initiatives (design projects, websites, communications, video)
- Integration activities in collaboration with sister company (Climatec) and ownership (Bosch)
- Responsibility for our online presence
- (SEM, SEO, social media, design, content, email marketing, website and other digital assets)
- Create, maintain, and communicate sales enablement collateral to support the client journey
- (Presentations, brochures, etc.)
- Participation in internal/employee marketing and external/employer marketing, in addition to marketing to existing and potential clients
- Measure and report on success against relevant KPIs and demonstrate ability to continuously improve results over time
- Support business writing and proposals as needed

- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- 6 +years of experience working for a systems integrator, general contractor, or industry adjacent
- 3+ years of experience in a Senior Management / Director position
- Education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related area
- Building Technology experience and cross-functional solution education
- Experience marketing within both digital and traditional channels
- Project management capabilities and experience relevant to marketing events and campaigns
- Willingness to travel within North America, as required
- Experience in Building Automation, Electrical, HVAC, or Low Voltage Security projects
- Channel marketing experience within electrical / security industry
