Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will manage, coordinate, and execute the project plan. Participate in the delivery of all activities and manage resources for efficiency and project profitability. The primary objective of this role is to support the Project Manager in delivering high-quality project results as efficiently as possible. May be requested to lead and manage smaller projects at the discretion of the Manager.
Ideal candidates bring prior experience as a Project Coordinator and will represent Bosch Building Technologies in a professional manner in line with our company values.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Visit client sites to determine conditions and requirements for system design and installation
- Work closely with the Project Management team to develop and manage schedules, resource plans, procurement, commissioning, and risk mitigation while controlling costs and maximizing productivity
- Assist with the collection and management of technical documentation (shop drawings, as-builts) and prepare closeout packages
- Maintain clear and consistent written and verbal project communication
- Support project financial tracking, including cost monitoring and documentation
- Attend site visits and client walk-throughs to ensure expectations are met and delivery quality is maintained
- Plan labour for SLA commitments, inspections, and project needs
- Allocate resources to maximize field efficiency and productivity
- Manage purchase orders and support material flow, including receiving
- Coordinate technician schedules, subcontractors, and equipment utilization
- Act as a liaison between field teams, operations, and customers
- Monitor job costs including labour, travel, rentals, and procurement
- Support work order completion, documentation, and closeout
- Assist with material handling and fleet coordination as required
- Perform other duties as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous project coordination or project management experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experience collecting, managing, and organizing technical documentation.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and project software/tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work both from the office and on project sites as required.
- Post-secondary education in an engineering technology program (e.g., instrumentation, electronics, electrical).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the construction, security, or oil and gas industry.
- Project coordination experience is a plus but not mandatory – we're open to candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and have access to a vehicle.
- Experience working with financial documentation or reporting is highly valued.

Pay: $53000 - $80000 DOE
