We are seeking a strategic and business-savvy HRBP Lead to partner with senior leadership and drive a high-impact people strategy within our Center of Excellence (CoE) model. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of HR best practices, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives.  The Senior Manager, Corporate HRBP will have a vast business acumen and will work in close partnership with senior leadership to manage the company’s objective through our colleague. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as HRBP Leader for the Corporate and Shared Services functions.
  • Partner with leaders and members of the HRBP team to proactively implement people-focused initiatives that enhance organizational health and engagement across assigned portfolios.
  • Coach and influence leaders on people-related challenges, enabling them to build strong, effective teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Identify trends and provide proactive recommendations to improve workforce planning, employee retention, and leadership capability.
  • Leverage HR analytics to measure and enhance talent effectiveness, drive efficiencies, improve decision-making across the organization.
  • Align HR strategies with business priorities, ensuring that people initiatives drive measurable impact on growth and performance.
  • Act as a change agent, driving transformation efforts and championing the adoption and success of new initiatives.
  • Partner with HR CoEs to deliver best-in-class programs in talent management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Partner with Talent Management, and leaders to drive engagement action planning based on employee feedback.
  • Foster a strong employee value proposition through effective HR practices that attract, develop, motivate and retain, top talent.
  • Work closely with Employee Relations to manage complex employee issues, balancing business needs with risk mitigation.
  • Implement and execute HR processes (e.g. Talent Management, Salary Review, etc)
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Enhancing performance and accountability by working closely with the HR leadership team to implement clear job descriptions, success profiles, and career paths.
  • Coach leaders to strengthen their ability to mentor, engage, and inspire their teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to resolve conflicts, promote a positive work culture, and drive engagement strategies tailored to corporate teams.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or other related field or commensurate years of experience 
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years of leadership experience. 
  • Experience in a Center of Excellence (CoE) model, collaborating with multiple HR functions.
  • Strong background in HR business partnering, supporting leaders in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee relations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive HR strategy.
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • CHRP or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment
  • Experience in a large, international organization
  • Solid and fluid working experience of local labor laws - FLSA.
Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 (DOE)
