Paladin Technologies is seeking 2x Microsoft Dynamics Developers; experience within Financial Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) is required.

Responsible for supporting digital transformation across the business, primarily through the maintenance and enhancement of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer and Customer Engagement/Power Platform Developer will be part of a cross functional team that includes an internal Project Manager, Project Administrator, and Department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for full application lifecycle development including design, development, testing, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, and Power Platform applications
  • Create and modify Dynamics 365 F&O reports
  • Establish, apply, and maintain development best practices and design principles to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible
  • Collaborate with business area owners and stakeholders to determine and finalize requirements
  • Participate in the design and modification of business processes to adapt to evolving business needs and/or to enhance process efficiencies
  • Support software integrations, data migrations, and/or data conversions involving Dynamics 365 F&O and CE while maintaining data integrity and governance in check
  • Assist with software integrations, data migrations, and/or data conversions involving Dynamics 365 CE while maintaining data integrity and governance in check
  • Author and maintain technical/system documentations
  • Incident management – provide user support for technical issues and developer assistance
  • Assist with development-related activities necessary for One Version Upgrades
  • Manage regular code deployments across the different Dynamics 365 F&O and CE environments and while keeping consistent code versioning
  • Create and maintain Azure DevOps test case automation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar working experience   
  • Must have at least 3 years of hands-on technical experience on Dynamics 365 F&O or Microsoft AX or CE/CRM
  • Must have at least 3 years of Dynamics 365 F&O workflow configuration and report development experience or 3 years of experience working with Power Platform (Power apps – canvas and model-driven, Power page, and Power automate)
  • Highly experienced in developing Dynamics 365 F&O business solutions using X++
  • Experience with C#/NET & JavaScript as well as exposure to working with CRM, API, REST, Odata, SQL
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 interoperability, integration, and capability with other Microsoft Azure technologies and Sharepoint
  • Hands-on experience in Lifecycle Services (LCS)
  • Hands-on experience in Power Platform Admin Center
  • Experience managing source control and versioning with Azure pipelines and Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) approaches
  • Have background on Documentation solutions such as Confluence, Scribes
  • Operational experience with ticketing tools (i.e. JIRA) and project management tools like Azure DevOps
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience supporting Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O) environments that are highly integrated with Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) environments thru virtual entities or Dual Write.
  • Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel VBA.
  • Advanced level experience with Microsoft Power Applications including Power BI and the Power Platform.
  • Knowledge on Azure Data Lake
  • 2+ years user training or teaching experience.
  • 5+ years demonstrable experience with confidential, personal information.
  • Experience in navigating change in organizations.

  • Has a strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, security system functions and operations. Good subcontracting skills required.
  • An understanding of job financial reports and the ability control costs in the handling of projects
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events

WORKING CONDITIONS: 
In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job:
  • The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted, and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate.
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 DOE
