This role provides ERP system support to expedite workflows for our Sales Team members across our North American footprint. This role is primarily focused on three (3) core functions within the Customer Experience module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (“D365”):

1. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SET-UP
  • Consult contract documentation to create new customer profiles on behalf of the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team to resolve Account record inaccuracies.
2. PIPELINE MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATION
  • Assist Sales team members with record creation for new leads or quotations.
  • Create and update the contents of quote documentation folders within SharePoint.
  • Update record Proposal Statuses upon award to initiate the Customer Care validation process.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care and Sales teams to resolve quote record inaccuracies throughout the validation process.
  • Support Sales individuals with custom view creation or modification to improve pipeline visibility.
  • Regularly review open quotations for status accuracy, ensuring prompt closure of lost records.
3. MATERIALS MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATION
  • Liaise between Sales and Procurement to add new material part numbers to the Procurement database and Sales workbooks.
  • Update record Special Instructions to indicate when special vendor pricing has been obtained.
EXTENDED DUTIES:
  • Lead generation and record creation in partnership with the Marketing/Pursuits team.
  • Maintain oversight of system enhancement ticket status within ERP
  • Report bugs and other issues for troubleshooting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience from within inside sales or customer service, from a Low Voltage integrator or General Contractor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: clear, concise, and professional.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of ERP systems, focusing on sales pipelines and account creation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Meticulous organizational skills and ability to handle administrative tasks effectively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Teams, and web-based applications.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly in English) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers
  • Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment

WORKING CONDITIONS: In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate.

PAY RANGE: $50,000 - $65,000 DOE
