POSITION OVERVIEW: 

This role supports the full business value chain by managing data, systems, and processes from sales entry to Finance & Operations.  Key duties include data governance, reporting, system standards, and migration; supporting purchasing and warehousing; leading process digitization and efficiency projects; coordinating ERP and non-ERP tools; and overseeing departmental documentation and project administration to drive operational performance across the supply chain.  

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITES  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the entire business value chain—from sales data entry to CE and Finance & Operations—by managing part master data, costing, and related processes to maintain a competitive position for the business. 

  • Serve as the liaison between Procurement, ERP/IT teams and other functional areas, overseeing how procurement master data interacts with the business.  

  • Lead digitization and continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing supply chain processes and increasing operational efficiency. 

  • Coordinate projects involving ERP systems, process improvements, compliance, and business engagement when purchasing data is involved. Administer data integrity efforts, schedule and lead meetings, and ensure alignment with project goals and directives. 

  • Collect, map, maintain, and report on internal and external data sources relevant to purchasing and supply chain operations. 

  • Implement and manage departmental data governance policies. Monitor compliance, identify applicable exceptions, and address non-conforming data practices in alignment with business-defined standards. 

  • Define, configure, and maintain system requirements for Purchasing and Warehousing, including pricing structures and inventory management, to ensure consistent and optimized data usage. 

  • Support data migration and integration efforts related to acquisitions, ensuring accurate and consistent handling of new vendor and inventory data. 

  • Manage and maintain key data attributes (e.g., pricing, taxation) that impact system configurations and business transactions. 

  • Conduct regular audits of purchasing data, maintain source-of-truth systems, and ensure data consistency across platforms. 

  • Administer purchasing department reporting, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery to support decision-making. 

  • Develop and maintain project schedules for departmental initiatives, tracking milestones and deliverables. 

  • Manage and support external tools and applications used by the department (e.g., material tracking, BOM management, barcoding systems, SharePoint). 

  • Maintain and update comprehensive departmental documentation, including process guides, standards, and compliance records.

  • Available to work outside of, or in addition to, normal businesses hours as needed 

  • Work in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures including safety manual with safety of self and others in mind at all times. 

  • Maintain and protect assigned Company assets. 

  • Accurate written record keeping, submitted on time and complete 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • ​​​​​​​2+ Years of direct experience with administration of core business software applications  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 5+ Years of experience with ERP applications management and administration 

  • Direct experience with Microsoft D365 suite of products, including CE and Finance and Operations platforms 

DEMONSTRATED PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES: 

  • Experience in direct cross-functional business support 

  • Strong data management and reporting skills 

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and related tools 

  • Knowledge of supply chain, purchasing, or warehousing processes 

  • Ability to lead process improvement and digitization initiatives 

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities 

  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Must be able to effectively communicate, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment 

  • Position is a desk job requiring the use of computer, keyboard and phone

  • The office is clean, orderly, properly lit and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate 

Pay rate : $80k - $110k DOE
