Key Accounts Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Relationship Management:
- Builds strong, long-term loyalty with key accounts, going beyond transactional interactions to foster deep partnerships
- Connects the Finance function's work to the specific needs of business areas or key accounts, creating a customer-centric and agile approach.
- Define standards and KPI, developing and managing a program-level reporting framework, providing timely and accurate updates on progress, performance, financials, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Provides strategic financial advice to key account stakeholders to address their needs and challenges.
- Overseeing key account related program budgets, tracking actual expenditures against forecasts
- Ensuring diligent oversight of program-related accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes to optimize cash flow and financial accuracy.
- Support internal financial forecasting and analysis by providing specific key account insights
upselling (i.e. services) and cross-selling within key accounts
Change Management Control: Implementing and managing a structured change control process for programs.
Profitability improvement: Together with financial business partners, identify opportunities within key accounts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Financial Acumen: Strong capabilities in financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, and forecasting. Min 10 years of experience in related functons.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategies to manage and grow key customer relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to act as a clear, single point of contact and to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex financial data to uncover trends and opportunities within key accounts.
- Customer Centricity: A focus on deeply understanding and addressing the unique needs and challenges of key customers.

- Must be able to effectively communicate, (i.e., see, hear, speak, and write clearly), in English, in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers;

- Ability to focus, at a computer, for extended periods of time.
