Bosch Building Technologies Integrator Business 
The regional system integration business called Bosch Building Technologies offers solutions and customized services for building security, energy efficiency, and building automation for commercial buildings and infrastructure projects Bosch started its Integrator Business in North America through the acquisition of Climatec in 2015. Climatec expanded Bosch’s role as a comprehensive supplier of energy, building automation and security solutions. Climatec is recognized in the building industry as an independent single-source integrator of critical building systems including energy services, building automation and security & life safety in the U.S. market. The company provides consulting, planning, implementation and 24/7 remote management. Climatec is active in several market segments and industries including data centers, commercial real estate buildings, and federal, state, and local government. Job Summary:
You lead the development and implementation of wiring and installation standards for access control and surveillance systems while supporting project teams through scope reviews, scheduling, milestone tracking, and customer‑specific documentation. Your role includes designing control boards and layouts, overseeing panel sheet and master document delivery, conducting site visits and quality inspections, and addressing issues alongside Project Managers and clients throughout execution. You support commissioning activities, manage secure system credentials, and ensure complete project closeout and transition to service teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement updated wiring and installation standards for access control and surveillance systems.
  • Develop project closeout documentation in coordination with Project Managers (PMs) and tailored to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with PMs and Sales Managers during project handovers to review scope of work.
  • Assist in creating project schedules and milestone tracking, when required.
  • Evaluate customer requests and project-specific installation standards.
  • Collaborate with the standards team to design control boards and layouts.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of panel sheets and Master documentation to site team.
  • Conduct site visits (with PMs when necessary) to assess project readiness and identify potential obstacles.
  • Meet clients on-site during project execution to monitor progress and address concerns. Support in reviewing change requests and Request for Information in coordination with Project Manager as required.
  • Conduct quality inspections of installation work, ensuring adherence to defined standards.
  • Hold regular review sessions with PMs to address issues identified during client and technician visits.
  • Support PMs during system commissioning and create site-specific commissioning and ATP documentation and verify that documents are submitted as per Paladin standards.
  • Transition projects to the service team, ensuring closeout documentation and warranty details are shared and organized in SharePoint.
  • Ensure secure management of system credentials by updating 1Password with project-specific passwords.
  • Conduct client follow-up meetings post-project to confirm satisfaction and explore future opportunities.
  • Conduct a bi-annual at minimum check-in with clients to identify additional needs or potential service offerings and identify any upcoming due to renewal service agreements.
Supervisor Duties:
  • Manage weekly resource allocation for all active and upcoming projects.
  • Forecast resource requirements and assist in technician recruiting as needed in coordination with branch management team.
  • Align training and onboarding based on project requirements and skill gaps.
  • Plan and approve technician vacation schedules in coordination with project timelines and utilization rates.
  • Fulfill technician tool requests and maintain tool inventory standards based on current and future needs.
  • Monitor and optimize technician utilization to meet delivery goals.
  • Participate in recruitment decisions, including candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Service and AV) to support resource sharing and interdepartmental project alignment.
  • Address staff concerns and meets with management to find solutions.
  • Ensure that all site staff are adhering to all Policies and Standards in coordination with Project Managers (FLRA’s, Toolbox talks, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
  • Progressive leadership experience in a construction environment with experience managing projects.
  • Experience managing low voltage, security, or structured cabling projects.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing a strong safety culture.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sedona, and project software
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree (2 year) or Bachelor degree (4 year) in a technical capacity
  • PMP or PMI certified
