Based in Vancouver, the Sales Support Administrator will report to Paladin’s Business Analyst. The Sales Support Administrator will provide ERP system support to expedite workflows for Outside Sales team members with specific regional focuses, as well as enterprise-focused Directors of Strategic Accounts across Paladin’s North American footprint.

The Sales Support Administrator will be primarily focused on three (3) core functions within the Customer Experience module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (“D365”), consisting of:

Customer Account Set-up
  • Consult contract documentation to create new customer profiles on behalf of Sales
  • Collaborate with Paladin’s Customer Care team to resolve Account record inaccuracies
Pipeline Management Administration
  • Assist Sales team members with record creation for new leads or quotations
  • Create and update the contents of quote documentation folders within SharePoint
  • Update record Proposal Statuses upon award to initiate Paladin’s Customer Care validation process
  • Collaborate with Paladin’s Customer Care team and Sales to resolve quote record inaccuracies throughout validation process
  • Support Sales individuals with custom view creation or modification to enable desired visibility on their pipelines
  • Regularly review list of open quotations for Proposal Status accuracy, ensuring prompt closure of records when quotations are lost
Materials Management Administration
  • Liaise between Sales and Procurement to add new material part numbers to Procurement database and Sales workbooks
  • Update record Special Instructions to indicate when special vendor pricing has been obtained for a given quotation
Extended Duties to Include:
  • Lead generation and record creation in partnership with the Marketing/Pursuits team
  • Maintain regular communication with Business Analyst to stay current on system enhancement ticket status
  • Report bugs and other issues to Business Analyst for troubleshooting
Qualifications: 
  • Demonstrated a minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales and customer service experience, preferably for an integrator or other contractor
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or preferred fields, including architecture, interior design, customer service in sales, and related discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: clear, concise, persuasive, and respectful
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Miscrosoft Dynamics365, Teams and web-based applications preferred
  • Proven ability to handle sales-related tasks effectively
  • Comfortable with managing spreadsheets, creating reports, and handling administrative tasks
  • Highly motivated with meticulous organizational skills
Pay Rate: $48,000 - $55,000 DOE
