Account Service Agent
As an Account Services Agent, you are integral to our customer account management and order processing. You update client records in our system and efficiently process orders and requests. Your effective collaboration with colleagues, along with your proactive and supportive approach, helps maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contributes to the overall success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update customer account records.
- Process customer orders and sales contracts.
- Respond to emails and phone calls to support colleagues.
- Work with colleagues and across departments to support and resolve inquiries, executing tasks as needed.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Assist with and perform other related tasks, duties, and projects as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in sales or sales support, with a focus on processing purchase orders and contracts preferred.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships through effective cross-departmental collaboration and communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to pass a criminal record check required.
- Hybrid work schedule three days in office, two days remote
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
- Strong organizational and communications skills (written and verbal)
- Strong typing skills
- Self starter who can work independently
- Ability to prioritize departmental functions to meet due dates and deadlines

- Must be able to effectively communicate, (i.e., see, hear, speak, and write clearly), in English, in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers;
- Manual dexterity required for all day computer work, occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment.
- Ability to focus, at a computer, for extended periods of time.
- Hybrid work schedule three days in office, two days remote 9:00am - 5:30pm CST
In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job:
- The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted, and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate.
Pay: $21ph - $23ph DOE
